Q: What is your service going to cost me?

A: Other services that you use such as lawn care or waste removal are fixed expenses. We are a revenue generator.  We find unrealized income streams for you.  In that sense, our services don't cost you anything.  We only get paid a percentage of what we find for you after we find it. There are never up-front or hidden costs.

Q: How much of my time will this take?

A.  Generally, 1 to 2 hours.  We do the work for you so you can concentrate on managing your property.

Q.What if I already have a contract/agreement?

A. It is always a good practice to have your current contract/agreement reviewed by a professional.  Bradley Cable Consulting, LLC knows what to look for.  We offer a no-cost, no-obligation review of your current agreement if you have one.

Q. What if I don’t have any service agreements with my Media Service Provider?

A.  You’re not alone.  It’s estimated over 60% of Multi-Dwelling Units and properties in the US don't have agreements in place.  Media Service Providers want the security that agreements offer, and those property owners have unrealized income.  Our job is to fix that.

Q. How does Bradley Cable Consulting, LLC get paid?

A. The Media Service Provider (MSP) will pay you directly.  We are never compensated by the MSP because we represent you only.  We get paid a percentage from you only after the MSP pays you.

Q. Why shouldn't I negotiate myself?

A.  You deserve top compensation.  Often those who negotiate on their own substantially undervalue their property. We also find that property owners, who have negotiated their own agreements with the Media Service Provider, are locked into terms that benefit the MSP much more than they do the property owner.  For instance, we recently reviewed an active agreement that was written twenty years ago that paid the property owner pennies on the dollar and had no expiration date.   Lifetime business contracts are never a good idea – especially when they are not in your favor. Our formulas and negotiating experience insure that won't happen.

Q. Can my attorney represent me to the Media Service Providers?

A.  Attorneys play an important role in your business and we gladly work in concert with them. Our expertise is in understanding the Providers and their compensation models as well as agreement language they will or will not accept.  This understanding helps expedite the agreement process and maximizes your compensation.  We have no hourly rate and we never charge up front.

Q. My attorney charges by the hour. You charge a percentage of the final compensation. Wouldn’t I save money paying hourly?

A. It’s not how much you’d save by using just your attorney on an hourly basis. It’s how much it will cost you by not using us.  We know a property owner whose attorney underestimated their media value by 90%. The attorney’s strength is language and law. Our strength is determining and negotiating the accurate value. In addition, even if no agreement is reached, you still pay your attorney’s hourly rate. If we don’t get you an agreement in place, you owe us nothing.

Q. Who do you work for?

A.  We only work on behalf of our clients.  Our experience in negotiating with the Media Service Providers is invaluable in securing the best possible agreements and compensation package.

Q. How much do your services cost? How does Bradley Cable Consulting, LLC get paid?

A.  There is no up-front cost to you.  If we don't get you a better deal you owe us nothing. We get paid a percentage of the money we negotiate for you.

Q. Will my residents experience cable, internet, or phone rate increases?

A. No.  Getting new agreements in place and/or receiving compensation from the Media Service Provider will not increase the cost of media and communication services to your residents.  In some instances it will actually give your residents more choices.

Q. Are there geographic limits?

A. Bradley Cable Consulting, LLC negotiates throughout the United States.

Q. How do I get started.

A.  Contact us. We do the hard part.  You just tell us who you want the check made out to.
